About Andrew

ANDREW AUGSBURGER is the man that makes PINETREE QUARTER HORSES the quality training facility that it is! His diligent training methods have proven time and again that strong work ethics do payoff! Andrew came to South Florida and Pinetree 8 years ago. During that time he has trained 2 horses with 3 Honor Roll awards to their record, received numerous Top Ten Congress awards for himself and his students, has many Florida Quarter Horse Association Year End Awards that he has won and also his students, and has done numerous Clinics including helping to prepare the Israel Quarter Horse Association's World Cup Team for Amarillo in 2002.

Andrew interned under Tommy Sheets of Tommy Sheets Quarter Horse in New Albany, In for 10 years. During that time he worked with many quality Quarter Horses and came to the conclusion that this is what he wanted to do with his life. As a member of AQHA's Professional Horsemen's Association, he has dedicated his training to having trained horses that go out in the show ring and do the job that is asked of them by their owners with safety and integrity being the foremost thought for both horses and customers. Andrew has been known many times to quote the motto "If you do not do your homework, you can't pass the test". This motto is lived by with he and his assistant, Hilary Edgar.

Andrew is married to Lori (Collier) Augsburger. They have one child, Cheyenne "Scooter" Augsburger.
